Updating Your PianoDisc Unit
Once you have created a PianoDisc update disk, updating your PianoDisc control unit is easy. The following instructions apply to the PDS-128, PDS-128Plus and the
PDS-228CFX. Unless you own a PDS-228CFX, you must use a low-density update disk. Owners of the PDS-228CFX can use either a high-density, or low-density disk. Just follow these simple steps to upgrade your PianoDisc control unit:
NOTE: Unless instructed by PianoDisc technical support, we DO NOT RECOMMEND "downgrading" your system to an older version of the PianoDisc Operating System.
- If it is not already off, turn your PianoDisc control unit OFF by pressing the [POWER] button on the front panel.
